Our Process

Our process of creating business strategies follows our four-phase process. We facilitate the process of understanding your problem, iterating towards an effective strategy, and implementing it. We leverage real customer data to help refine our strategies and adapt them to both internal and external forces.

Phase 1

Understand

Before creating an effective strategy, we define or redefine the problems you’re facing, then understand your background and real-world constraints. We take a user-centric approach and conduct interviews, workshops, and data analysis to understand, identify, and refine your problems.

Phase 2

Iterate

Our workshops facilitate creativity through both convergent and divergent thinking. These strategy sessions are meant to engage participating employees, resulting in better collaboration and more effective strategies.

Phase 3

Launch

We collaborate with you to create a framework for putting your new strategy into action. Along with providing guides, templates, and necessary design assets, we help you to identify success metrics and the tools you need to track that data.

Phase 4

Refine

After your new strategy has been implemented, we help you to track its successes and failures while understanding how your internal and external demands have changed. As those demands change, we help you to determine how your strategy should evolve.
